AFFORDABLE CARE ACT PARTICIPANTS
UNDOCUMENTED CITIZENS
"ANCHOR BABIES" FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
OTHER NON-RETIREES

2. FUND THESE "OTHER" PROGRAMS WITH OTHER MONEY, NOT THE MONEY THAT RETIREES PAID INTO THE SOCIAL SECURITY & MEDICARE SYSTEMS.

CUT ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF OUR WELFARE SYSTEMS.

Instead of having 50 separate programs and bureaucrats to run them, push them together into about 5 plans based on who gets the money - then eliminate the bureaucrats who inflate the program costs.

Here's how we're different than the "old white guy" Republicans on spending issues as well.

1) "LOCKBOX" our RETIREES.
Split out RETIREE support programs from all other payments made by the government, to make sure they get paid no matter how bad things get in the future.
    - Retiree Social Security
    - Retiree Medicare
    - Military retirement pay & healthcare

This "retiree lockbox" includes all payments made to individuals plus all funding collected from worker paychecks and employers.

2) DEFENSE - PEACE DIVIDEND.
There must be a "peace dividend" from the end of the Iraq & Afghan wars. Get rid of a few boats and generals and bureaucrats in the Pantagon and save us 10% of the defense budget. It can't be that tough to find those savings somewhere.

3) CUT FRAUD & WASTE IN SOCIAL PROGRAMS.
Keep all the social & assistance & child support and family support and tax credit programs, BUT FIND A WAY TO CONSOLIDATE THESE PROGRAMS TO TRY AND REDUCE THE FRAUD & WASTE.

Anybody who says they can't cut 10% out of these programs by identifying and eliminating FRAUD is lying to you - it's probably 20%.
